All Kasco pond aerators are highly efficient and work for ponds, lakes, sewer ponds, etc. At Fountain Mountain, we specialize in a variety of aeration options. Known for being the most energy-efficient solution, surface aerators dramatically agitate high volumes of water at the top of the water, maximizing exposure for valuable gas exchange. These are your best bet when aeration is your chief concern. There is no nozzle to restrict flow! (There is also no decorative fountain pattern.) We sell two kinds: surface aerators for water that is under seven feet deep, and bottom aeration for water over seven feet deep.

For situations where you have a deep pond, greater than seven feet in most places, your best bet is a diffuser system. In this type of system, compressor air gets pumped from a shore-mounted compressor to a diffuser at the bottom of the water or bottom of a large tank. Micro-bubbles rise to the surfaces carrying large water volumes, increasing water movement and mixing and inducing oxygen transfer.

Kasco circulators, made to fit horizontally, create a slow stream of continuous current to eliminate stagnation and remove debris. As a bonus, they require little horsepower to work. These are extremely reliable and super-efficient ways to improve the water by keeping it moving.

Our Range of Products

In order to meet a wide range of needs, we offer a variety of different Kasco aerators and diffusers for ponds and other bodies of water. The F2400 Aerator, for example, which works in a minimum depth of 15 inches, has ½ horsepower and use 120 volts of power. The Kasco 5.3AF, on the other hand, which works in a minimum depth of 26 inches, is a five horsepower, 208-240 volt model. The right option to improve and circulate water in your pond will depend on its size. Browse our online catalog to find the model that works for you.
